Kauai is the northernmost island in the Hawaiian archipelago. It’s nicknamed “the Garden Isle” because of the lush tropical rainforest covering much of the island. The white-sand beaches, coastal cliffs, and pinnacles of its Na Pali Coast have been used for years as scenic sets for many films. At the same time, the Waimea Canyon and the Nounou Trails alongside the Sleeping Giant mountain ridge are world-renowned hiking destinations.
